Welcome to twendz™, a Twitter mining Web application that utilizes the power of Twitter Search, highlighting conversation themes and sentiment of the tweets that talk about topics you are interested in. By using this application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. In addition, you are bound to the general Terms of Use for the Waggener Edstrom website, which can be found at http://www.waggeneredstrom.com/legal.aspx. Please review the following terms carefully.

These terms of use may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you. The latest terms will be posted on the twendz homepage, and you should review these terms of use prior to using the twendz service.

  1. You may not use the twendz site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including but not limited to copyright infringement). International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content.
